ITINERARY:
Day 1

Leaving Durban, drive through sugar cane plantations along the Indian Ocean seaboard to St Lucia, a World Heritage Site, and enjoy a river cruise on the estuary (optional). Here you may see pelicans, fish eagles, hippos and crocodiles. Continue to a Maputaland Game Reserve and enjoy a late afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for a hearty dinner served under the African sky. (Game viewing activities are optional extras and payable directly to the lodge).

Day 2

After an early breakfast, enter the Kingdom of Swaziland at Golela border post. Continue via the Lebombo Mountains through eastern Swaziland and exit at Jeppe's Reef border post. Travel to the safari hotel located at Kruger National Park's Malelane gate. Various game viewing activities are available including an exciting night game drive into Kruger National Park. Bookings and payments for optional game activities may be made directly with the lodge.

Day 3

An early morning game activity (optional). After breakfast, depart for the world famous Kruger National Park, unrivaled in its diversity of flora and fauna. With the aid of your expert guide, spend the day exploring and game viewing en route to your next safari hotel.

Day 4

An early morning game drive in the Kruger National Park on an open safari vehicle is available as an optional extra. After returning to the hotel for breakfast, travel via Kowyn's Pass to Graskop. Explore the breathtaking Panorama Route featuring the Blyde River Canyon, Three Rondawels, Bourke's Luck Potholes, God's Window and various waterfalls. Continue with a short visit to the historic town of Pilgrim's Rest, Mac-Mac Waterfalls and Sabie before arriving at your elegant country hideaway.

Day 5

After a hearty breakfast, our journey to Johannesburg begins with a visit to the Lone Creek Waterfalls. Travel over the historical Long Tom Pass to the towns of Lydenburg, Dullstroom and Witbank. Our tour ends with a drop off at your hotel or Johannesburg International Airport.
