Detailed ItineraryDay 1: Masai Mara - Mara Sopa Lodge Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, met and assisted by one of our representatives. Drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive at your lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge Day 2: Masai Mara - Mara Sopa Lodge Early morning optional balloon ride with champagne-style breakfast. Whole day in Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge Day 3: Lake Naivasha & Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge After breakfast, to Lake Naivasha with its commanding setting at the foot of the Rift Valley Escarpment. Lake Naivasha is also an important horticultural area of Kenya. Arrive at your lodge for lunch. Afternoon drive to the Lake Nakuru National Park famous as the home to thousands of lesser and greater flamingo. This park also provides sanctuary for Rothschild giraffe, rhino and leopard. Evening return to your lodge in Naivasha. Meals and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge Day 4: Depart After breakfast, drive to Nairobi, Kenya's colourful capital city. Drop off at Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your onward flight or transfer to your Nairobi Hotel. Our representative will reconfirm your onward flights and assist at check-in. |
