Detailed ItineraryDay 1: Nairobi - Fairmont Norfolk Hotel Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, met and assisted by one of our representatives. Transfer to the illustrious Fairmont Norfolk hotel. Overnight at Fairmont Norfolk Hotel Day 2: Amboseli National Park - Tortilis Camp Early morning fly to Amboseli National Park's Tortilis Camp, a fine luxury camp overlooking Mt. Kilimanjaro. Game drives conducted by Tortilis Camp. Optional walks with the Masai. Meals and overnight at Tortilis Camp Day 3: Amboseli National Park - Tortilis Camp Morning and afternoon shared game drives in Amboseli. Meals and overnight at Tortilis Camp Day 4: Samburu & Buffalo Springs - Samburu Intrepids Camp Early morning fly to Samburu Game Reserve via Wilson airport, Nairobi. Samburu Intrepids Camp has a fabulous location on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. Game drives conducted by the camp for the 2-day stay. Meals and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Camp Day 5: Samburu National Reserve - Samburu Intrepids Camp Whole day in Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Samburu Intrepids Camp Day 6: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Govenors Camp After breakfast, fly to the great Masai Mara Reserve, a wonderful wildlife haven renowned for high predator population and the incredible wildebeest migration. Governors camp, sited on land originally used by British Governor's in colonial time for their safaris, lies on the edge of the Mara River with easy access to prime game viewing areas often used by the 'Big Cat Diary' filming crew. Game drives conducted by the camp for the 3-day stay. Optional balloon safari or bush walk are available at extra cost. Meals and overnight at Govenors Camp Day 7: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Govenors Camp Optional early morning balloon ride with champagne-style breakfast. Morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Govenors Camp Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve - Govenors Camp Optional early morning balloon ride with champagne-style breakfast. Morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Govenors Camp Day 9: Serengeti National Park - Migration Camp After a final early morning game drive and breakfast, fly to Serengeti via Wilson and Kilimanjaro airports, arriving at the camp late afternoon. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge Day 13: Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge Early morning descend onto the floor which contains the highest density of wildlife in Africa and the 'Big 5'. Later we return to the lodge for lunch. Afternoon enjoy optional extra activities. Meals and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge Day 14: Tarangire National Park - Tarangire Treetops After breakfast, drive to Tarangire Treetops. Recently refurbished, the lodge offers fine accommodation with elevated views of the Tarangire ecosystem. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Meals and overnight at Tarangire Treetops Day 15: Tarangire National Park - Tarangire Treetops Day spent in the park with morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Tarangire Treetops Day 16: Selous Game Reserve - Selous Safari Camp After breakfast, drive to Arusha for your afternoon flight to Selous Game Reserve. Embracing 54, 000 square kilometers of south-western Tanzania, it is the largest protected wilderness in Africa, three times larger than Serengeti and twice the size of Belgium. Selous Safari Camp and its spacious, luxuriously appointed tents lie on the banks of the Rufiji River and at the centre of the unique riverine and lake complex, both offering prime game- viewing in an open 4x 4 or on boats. Optional walks with overnight fly camps are also available at extra cost. Meals and overnight at Selous Safari Camp Day 17: Selous Game Reserve - Selous Safari Camp All day in Selous with morning and afternoon game drives.
